Kronos Design solutions primarily utilizes Microsoft technologies. We strive to meet the customer's needs by implementing a wide range of applications from device drivers to Business Intelligence / analysis reporting. We focus on providing quality with error free and under budget results.

We utilize best practices of Rational Unified Processing (RUP), Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF), and Agile processes depending of scope and need of client. We do not become stagnated in the design/requirements phases but realize that accurate visualization of the problem and solution eliminates misunderstanding, mistakes, rework, and cost overruns.

Project development is divided into smaller focused iterations allowing early testing, feedback, releasing of completed functional units of work. This lowers cost, decreases scope creep, and allows quicker adaptation of priority features in a changing market.
